Returns What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. Orders over 10 days are non-refundable. Clothing that has been worn or washed is non-refundable. Clothing that is damaged due to wear is non-refundable. Personalized clothing is non-refundable. All returned products must be in original packaging and have all tags attached.
To return an item, please complete the following steps:
a. Order Number
b. Order Date
c. Items being returned
d. Reason for the return
e. Your full name
- We will email a Return Authorization Number to you.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the packing slip. Circle the items you are returning on the packing slip. Include the packing slip in the box along with all original packing materials and tags. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box

- We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the item back in our warehouse. If the return is accepted, we will credit your credit card within 1 week. Please keep in mind that it may take longer for the credit to show up on your credit card.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not refund shipping for returns. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages or non-returnable items.How long until my return is credited?
Once we receive your item and validate the return, we will issue a credit within 3 - 5 business days. We will send you an email to confirm your return is accepted and the amount of your refund. Please allow additional time for your Credit Card issuer to post the credit to your account.
